    月饼也可以很西方

    之前听人说37度2今年推出了芝士月饼,当然它不是做这个的第一家,但是它家的芝士蛋糕是我一向喜欢的,所以就去买几个尝尝。一共出了5款,其中四款是冰皮的,还有一款是传统的锔皮的蛋黄芝士,我只挑了其中的三款。月饼这个传统中国食品,现在无论从用料上,工艺上其实都已经和传统的有了很大的不同,甚至我觉得那到底还应不应该叫月饼呢?不过只要好吃,只要传统还在,又何必在意呢?或许通过这种改变,可以让更多西方人喜欢中秋节,正如现在中国人也在吃火鸡过圣诞节一样。
     
    今天切了个绿茶豆蓉芝士月饼,外面是绿茶皮,内里是芝士,最里面是一团绿豆蓉,不错!
